Yes we deliver! We offer same day delivery within Squamish, Monday through Saturday on orders placed before 2:00PM.

Do you deliver to Whistler an Pemberton?

Yes we deliver to our northern mountain towns, Monday through Friday with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Do you send flowers worldwide?

We can assist with out-of town, US and International orders by working with our partner florists, please call the shop for more information.

What is your delivery policy?

At Billies, our delivery window is between 2:00PM – 6:00PM Monday through Saturday. If you would like your flowers delivered outside of this delivery time, please call the shop to arrange rush delivery. Orders must be placed by 2pm online for same day delivery within Squamish. For later deliveries please call the shop and we will do our best to accommodate your order. We only deliver to Whistler Monday through Friday and require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Pemberton deliveries require 48 hours notice and must be called in to the shop. We deliver to Pemberton Monday through Friday.

For online orders, Billies Flower House will call the recipient in advance to confirm the address and arrange a delivery time. If you would like us to leave the flowers without calling first, you must write those instructions in the order notes section during the checkout process.

Please note that if we leave the flowers based on your instructions, we are not responsible for anything that may happen to them, be it the recipients were out of town or the address was incorrect. If we call the recipient and cannot speak with them to confirm the address and delivery time, we will continue to call until we can reach them.We do not attempt delivery unless we have spoken to the recipient unless you have instructed us to do so. By ordering on-line you agree to these delivery and substitution policies.
